MY LATEST VASE | More Challenging Than Expected

This is the latest vase I've created, showcasing a design from my early days that I've been eager to revisit.

However, I must admit that the sculpting process proved more challenging than anticipated. It seems that my focus on crafting cups and pitchers has slightly overshadowed my work on more intricate pieces. Although I experienced a mix of emotions while working on it, the end result is truly remarkable.

These experiences prompt me to contemplate the path I wish to pursue. While I'm delighted to have a thriving online gift shop, I am determined not to forsake the creation of the pieces that truly ignite my passion. I want to ensure that I continue honing my skills in this aspect, as losing practice in it is something I genuinely wish to avoid. The combination of running a successful gift shop and producing unique ceramics fills me with joy and inspires me to push my artistic boundaries further.
